Some Key Facts for the Ukraine Market:

The Ukrainian total subscriber base is expected to touch 62 million from by 2010 with a large increase in the wireless penetration rate from our projected 115.5% in 2007 to 126.0% in 2010.

* In 2010, consumers in Ukraine will pay the least for their mobile services (as measured by ARPU) in Europe with US$ 6.50 per month. According to Wireless Federation, Astelit will offer services at ARPU of US$ 3.50, one of the lowest levels in the world.
* Market shares of the five wireless operators in Ukraine will remain to be stagnant till 2010. Kyivstar, UMC, Astelit, URS (VimpelCom) and Golden will have 40.5%, 35 %, 15 %, 7.7% and 1% of total subscribers respectively.
* Astelit will continue to be the third biggest player or may be lower if Loyalty is not managed and we can see 38.0% EBITDA margins in 2009-2010. Kyivstar, the largest operator in the country, will continue to enjoy the highest EBITDA margin among competitors at above 51% in 2010
