KPN Telecom, Dutch mobile and fixed line operator and Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) have instigated a mobile TV service in the country offering users access to ten television channels over a broadcast network based on the Digital Video Broadcast for Handheld (DVB-H). According to the company, Nokia and NSN have provided KPN with a turnkey head-end solution for the new mobile TV service, which expects to add more channels to the offering in the future.
