NCC warns Mtel, soon to roll out new parameters for regulation (Nigeria)NCC, Nigeria has warned the owner of Mtel, to accelerate the action of restoring the operational activities so as to give the subscribers better services for their money.
The Vice Chairman of NCC, Ernest Ndukwe, also assured that the new parameters for regulation of the industry will be rolled out in coming months.
The executive vice chairman, who expressed dissatisfaction on the present state of Mtel, said “NCC is unhappy about the degrading fortune of the company.”
A regulatory body will be looking into the matter and the process to ensure a better compensation for it’s subscribers.
