Telecom Italia may show interest in Tiscali’s minor assets – CEO (Italy)
Telecom Italia’s CEO says, that the operator may show interst in buying of Tiscali’s minor assets, but not in it’s Briish assets.
“We are not interested in Tiscali as a whole, nor in Italy nor in Britain, but Tiscali has a few minor assets that could interest us,” Franco Bernabe said on the sidelines of a business conference in northern Italy.
He said the sum that Telecom Italia could pay was “very modest because at this time we are not interested in the acquisitions market, not only because we don’t have ressources but above all because it is not our priority.”
