Etisalat plans to enter Iraq’s mobile market (UAE)
Etisalat reveals it’s plans of entring the Iraqi market before end of 2008. According to COO Ahmad Julfar, the mobile operator is in talks for the acquisition of an existing operator with a licence and limited coverage area in the country, so that the UAE operator can expand the services.
