Guamcell-Exalt Communications in deal (Guam)
Guamcell has signed a deal with Exalt Communications for the stipulation of backhaul solutions as part of an upgrade strategy culminating in the launch of 3G services. Financial details are not yet revealed. In 2007 Guamcell had launched a GSM/GPRS overlay of its CDMA network and now plans to deploy a W-CDMA network.
