BlackBerry Bold still under AT&T’s scrutiny (USA)
According to Research In Motion AT&T is, reportedly, still on the trial stages of BlackBerry Bold in order to make sure that the earlier made mistakes are not repeated as it happened with the iPhone when there were a lot of complaints regarding the performance of the device. RIM, in May, had announced that the Bold will go on sale exclusively with AT&T in summer, has not yet been launched.
On the other hand, the device which has been delayed in US, has otherwise been approved to run on 60 networks in 29 countries.
To this, CO CEO RIM, Mike Lazaridis said, There’s great scrutiny, as you might know, on that network and a certain device. So I guess everyone wants to be sure on every last test.â€
According to Spokesperson, AT&T, Mark Siegel, din’t comment on the Bold still being under scrutiny, but surely confirmed that it’ll be launched this year itself.
