Mobile marketing a rapidly growing phenomena, has been captured by the Swedish mobile operators, Tele2, Telia, Telenor and 3 Sweden. The four operators together launch a mobile marketing initiative. With this collaboration, the operators jointly will offer advertising space on their respective portals, which will make it easier for advertisers to promote their product via mobile campaigns.
The mobile marketing framework will include three major points: efining a common standard and guidelines for mobile advertising in Sweden, a comprehensive measurement system in accordance with the GSM Mobile Advertising Program and the allowance of cross-over promotions on all four mobile networks.
