December comes calling for 3G mobile licence tender (Turkey)
Turkey’s Telecommunication Board is planning to release the tender for 3G mobile licence in December’08. The telcos had expected an early release with the coming of MNP’s launch in the country on November 9.
The auction was called off last year reason being Turkcell as one single participant in the bid. Vodafone and Avea had asked for the enforcement of MNP befor the auction, which was opposed Turkcell.
