QTel and NSN to deploy mobile TV system together (Qatar)
QTel and NSN together agree to deploy mobile TV system , which is claimed to be the first commercially-ready implementation of its type. The mobile TV system operates on DVB-H and OMA BCast Smart Card Profile (SCP) technology.
NSN will also provide with N96 mobile phone to trial the first SCP-compliant software that enables subscribers to choose from among a host of payment models and interactivity options.
