Tele2 along with Rubberduck Media Lab will launch mobile TV services in Estonia. According to the agreement Rubberduck will have to manage Tele2’s mobile TV services in the country and will be in charge of content sourcing, portal development and maintainence. The service will provided will allow the subscribers to access the local as well as international video content including news from ERR and Kanal2 and entertainment from Lastekas and MTV. Most of the content will be provided free of charge for data package subscribers. The service will be available in Estonian and Russian language.
