Bharti Airtel open to overseas acquisition but no targets, says Mittal (India)

Bharti Airtel, India’s leading mobile operator by subscribers, says is open to overseas acquisitions even when the the company’s potential targets have seen a fall driven by global financial crunches.
“Valuations have come off. There are plans (for acquisitions) but there is no immediate target,” says Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and MD Bharti Airtel.
