Turkcell launches secure mobile services provided by Gemalto (Turkey)
Turkcell, Turkey’s leading mobile operator by subscribers, launches a range of new applications using a SIM-based mobile signature solution provided by Gemalto.The following solution wll enable the subscribers to access online services securely that require strong authentication using their mobile phone to sign their transactions and documents by means of a legally binding electronic signature. The initial launch of the mobile signature programme commences with the deployment of internet banking services. The second phase will experience the rollout of a broader range of online applications such as stock exchange transactions, tax returns or patent registration requests.
