Vimpelcom subsidizes mobile handsets for contract subscribers in Moscow (Russia)
Russia’s second largest mobile operator Vimpelcom begins to subsidize the mobile handsets for its contract subscribers in Moscow. According to a release by Vimpelcom, the subscribers in Moscow can sign up to Vimpelcom for a year and can recieve a 33% discount on the phone they purchase.
