Costa Rica gets a new telecom law,regulates unsolicited messages and calls
Costa Rica now has new telecom law which regulates the making and sending of unsolicited messages and calls. Article 44 stipulates that emails can only be sent when an address is obtained in relation to the sale of a product or service. And in those cases the person has the right to ask for their address to be taken off the mailing list.
