Telefonica intends to invest $2.95Mn in Chubut (Argentina)

Telefonica de Argentina, subsidiary of Spain’s Telefonica, is anticipating to invest US$2.95 million next year in its operation in Chubut province, according to a local media report. The report further said that the expected investment will go towards expanding fixed and mobile telephony as well as broadband services. There are approximately 743,000 mobile telephony lines of company’s mobile operator Movistar in Chubut.
