DoCoMo-Tata open offer delays, regulator’s clearance awaited (India)

Japan’s leading mobile operator NTT DoCoMo and the Indian incumbent Tata Teleservices postpone their joint open offer for up to 20% of Tata Tele, as regulator’s green signal is awaited.
The offer which was due to open on January 8 has been delayed as the firm still awaits response from the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
