Mobily and 2Connect join hands for Bahrain’s third mobile licence (Bahrain)
Bahrain’s alternative telco 2Connect and the Saudi Arabia based Etisalat (Mobily) will reportedly place a joint bid for Bahrain’s third mobile licence. According to 2Connect, they were looking to bring in other partners as well but Sunday being the deadline they din’t have much time. Getting in other partners would mean that there could be an opportunity for other investors to join in the future, alongwith a possible IPO.
