Mobily launches a new promotion for its new and port-in subscribers in Saudi Arabia. The Mobily subscribers will now enjoy three hours of free talktime everyday for three months. The subscribers will be charged for first ten minutes of talktime to other Mobily numbers at normal call charges. After the first 10 minutes of talk time are consumed, the next three hours of talk time during the day are free. Its not mandatory to use up the first 10 minutes all at once.
