Rostelecom withdraws its application to buy SkyLink (Russia)
According to a local media report, Russia’s long distance fixed line telecom provider Rostelecom has withdrawn its application given to the federal anti-monopoly service for the purchase of the mobile operator Skylink, held by Sistema.
