ericom deems mobile sharing deal for Meteor Mobile (Ireland)
www.WirelessFederation.com/news: eircom, mobile operator of Ireland is in conversation with its competitors to ink a mobile sharing deal for its wireless arm Meteor Mobile. The announcement comes after a sharing agreement between Vodafone and O2 parent Telefonica which is designed to save the pair significant sums on rollout costs.
According to a report, eircom is looking to engage the likes of Vodafone, Telefonica and 3 Ireland concerning its network sharing options in the Republic and would like to set up a similar cost-saving deal as the one inked by Vodafone and Telefonica earlier this week.
