Melita Mobile launches per-second billing (Malta)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Melita Mobile has launched per-second billing system. Melita had in 2006, introduced the per-second billing system for its fixed-line service and has now extended this concept to Melita Mobile. The system is applicable from 13 April for all its subscribers.
