Orascom plans to close Meditel stake deal by April-end (Egypt, Morocco)

Portugal Telecom is looking for a potential buyer for the 32.18% stake it holds in Meditel. Orascom wants to close the deal by the end of April. The stake is worth EUR 300 million.
