www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Vodafone New Zealand has validated the launch of the legal proceedings it has filed against Telecom New Zealand, in order to block Telecom’s launch of 3G ‘XT’ network. Vodafone claims that the 3G network is causing interference for its 900MHz subscribers.
Telecom has hit back with CEO Paul Reynolds claiming: ‘This is a piece of aggressive behaviour that betrays Vodafone’s insecurities about competition from Telecom’s new XT network.’
