Vodafone Greece & HOL negotiate over mobile/broadband merger

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Vodafone Greece and Hellas On Line (HOL) (major stakes owned by Greek ICT group Intracom and a minority stake held by Luxembourg-based World Equities Investments) have confirmed mobile and broadband merger plan. They are in negotiations to combine their respective operations to jointly market mobile, fixed line and DSL services on an exclusive basis. As per the plan, Vodafone Greece would acquire a minority stake in HOL in exchange for its existing DSL operations.
