France Telecom submits tender for MobiNil share purchase

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: France Telecom has filed an obligatory tender to purchase all the shares of the Egyptian mobile operator, MobiNil. The Capital Markets Authority said it was studying the offer by Orange Participations, but gave no further details.
The Egyptian market regulator has agreed to France Telecom tendering the purchase of MobiNil’s shares.
