www.WirelessFederation.com/news: The French mobile operators SFR and Bouygues Telecom have slashed the price of the Apple iPhone 3G 16 GB with a subscription contract to EUR 129, down from EUR 199 and EUR 189 respectively. Orange France has also reduced the price to EUR 129 from EUR 199. The reduction is driven by the entry of new range of iPhones which will also include a 32GB handset. The price of the 8 GB version is not reduced and remains at EUR 99 at Orange and SFR and EUR 89 at Bouygues.
