Samsung & Mobily ink WiMax technology deal worth $100Mn (Saudi Arabia)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Samsung Electronics has inked a deal with Saudi mobile operator Eithad Etisalat wherein Samsung will offer WiMax technology to the operator. The deal is worth 375 million riyals ($100 million), a Mobily official revealed. Mobily said the wireless broadband network would be the biggest of its kind in the Middle East.
