Viettel selects ZTE to build UMTS network (Vietnam)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: ZTE has inked an agreement with Viettel, the Vietnamese mobile operator, to build its UMTS network across the nation by offering ZTE’s Soft Defined Radio products to support the network. Under the agreement, the UMTS network will provide fast network access to subscribers and enhance user 3G services experience.
The network deployment is likely to be completed by September’09.
