BSNL nulls plans to bid for Tunisiana licence (India)

www.WirelessFederaion.com/news: BSNL has dropped the plan to bid for the mobile services licence in Tunisia. It is reported that the licence base price did not justified a viable business proposition. As per BSNL, the base price for the licence was $ 10 million in Tunisia which has a mobile penetration rate of more than 80 %. It is planning to make investment outside India especially in the African markets, says report.
