Tunisia ministry selects Orange & Divona for mobile & fixed licence

The Divona/Orange-France Telecom consortium, which was in competition with Turkcell and three local backers, presented the best technical offer, according to the ministry’s statement. The bid winner is anticipated to begin offering mobile services in January next year.
