Mobile-8 introduces unlimited data service (Indonesia)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: PT Mobile-8 Telecom, CDMA operator of Indonesia has introduced an unlimited internet access package, Mobi Unlimited Data Access, with CDMA2000 1xEV-DO Rev A technology.

Mobile-8 Sales and Marketing Director Beydra Yendi said, ‘We see high interest from people looking to get a service package with unlimited data, in order to manage their spending for internet access services. We believe Mobi Unlimited Data Access fulfils this desire for a high-capacity internet access service without limits.’ The package offers varying connection speeds that can be selected by the user according to their needs, ranging from 153kbps to 3.1Mbps.

The cost of the service is IDR75,000 (USD7.33) per month. Mobile-8 has already attracted 20,000 customers to Mobi and hopes to boost this to 150,000, Yendi said.
