BSNL to roll-out 3G in Gangtok by Aug. (India)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) will roll-out third generation (3G) mobile services in Gangtok by Aug. 15. The 3G services would be expanded to three more districts in the state within 100 days of its launch.

According to BSNL’s spokesperson, the traffic congestion in mobile services in the state would be removed by the launch. The company intends to offer the service across India in the coming months.
