www.WirelessFederation.com/news:Iran has taken away the third mobile licence from the Kuwaiti mobile operator Zain and now plans to hold fresh tender for it.
According to local media report Telecommunication Minister Mohammad Soleimani said that Zain had not “fulfilled its obligations.”
Zain was awarded the licence in May after it was stripped by Iran from Etisalat for almost the same reason of not fulfilling obligations.
