www.WirelessFederation.com/news: The government of Mozambique has given approval to a resolution which allows the entry of third mobile operator in the country, through a international public tender. The cabinet has ordered to start working on it immediately on the terms of the tender. It was in April that the goverment had postponed the launch of tender to “last minute issues” with existing operators Vodacom Mozambique and state-owned Mcel.
