Iraq to launch fourth mobile licence

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: The Iraqi cabinet has decided upon to introduce fourth mobile licence in Iraq to offer mobile services, a government spokesperson stated.
“The cabinet has given its initial agreement to launch a fourth mobile phone license and to set up a mixed public and private sector company for this purpose,” Ali al-Dabbagh said.
