KTF to introduce mobile service via WiBro in November’09 (South Korea)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: KTF, the South Korean mobile operator, reportedly intends to pilot a mobile service that will be based on WiBro. The new service is likely to be introduced this November and will enable subscribers to make voice calls at cheaper rates.
At the moment, WiBro and a homegrown version fo WiMax, is used only for Internet connections on laptops, netbooks and other such devices.
