Cellcom considers MIRS bid-report (Israel)

Cellcom is the latest in a long line of companies linked with a potential purchase of MIRS, which is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Motorola Israel. Shamrock Holdings ruled out a bid for MIRS last week, while cableco HOT-Telecommunication Systems has also been linked with the possible sale. The reports come despite a deadline for non-binding bids passing at the end of last month.
