Smart Mobile & Wing to launch mobile payment service in Cambodia

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Smart Mobile, the Cambodian mobile operator has repotedly selected Wing mobile payment system to offer m-payment services to its subscribers. Owned by the ANZ banking group, the system enables payments and money transfers by mobile phone using the Wing Tinh Card top-up system. Non-users can receive money via the Wing Wei Luy service using a security code for access to cash at Wing Cash Xpress points.
