www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), the Indonesian mobile operator has acquired a majority stake in Indonesiantower (Solusindo Kreasi Pratama). Through subsidiary Mitratel, Telkom acquired 80% of shares, subject to final adjustment. The acquisition is in line with Mitratel’s goal of becoming the leading tower company in Indonesia and will add strategic infrastructure for Telkom.
