Telemach & UPC Ljubljanski kabel to complete merger
www.WirelessFederation.com/news: The merger of Slovenia’s leading cable network operator Telemach with its largest remaining regional subsidiary is set to complete. The takeover of the remaining stake in the Ljubljana-based operator was announced in mid-2009 and later squeezed out one tenth of minority shareholders.
EUR642,000 (USD877,000) for around 9.5% of the company had been set aside by Telemach which generated EUR7.6 million in net sale revenue and around EUR2.5 million in net profit in 2008.
EUR9.4 million was with UPC Ljubljanski kabel as assets at the end of 2008, a year which Telemach concluded with EUR107 million in assets and 80% in financial obligations towards associated companies.
