Poland’s Nordisk contracts Huawei

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Chinese equipment vendor Huawei and Poland’s CDMA-420 network operator Nordisk have signed a contract to expand the operator’s network. Huawei is replacing ZTE as the operator’s usual supplier.

Nordisk was bought by Polish mobile network operator Polkomtel in August last year from its shareholders NFI Midas and Roman Karosik for a price of PLN11.795 million (USD3.55 million). Nordic group Nordisk Mobiltelefon formed a part of the Polish company which went bankrupt earlier last year.
