Cingular Wireless announced today the release of its enhanced GPS Navigation system for the Nokia E62 handheld. The newest version of TeleNav GPS Navigator for the E62 makes Cingular Wireless the first provider to offer 3D moving maps on any handheld.

Customers using the TeleNav GPS Navigator will receive turn-by-turn directions in 3D moving maps just like in high-end automotive navigation systems.

In addition to the Nokia E62 device, the TeleNav GPS Navigator service is available to Cingular business customers on the GPS-enabled HP iPAQ hw6920 Series Mobile Communicator, the Cingular 8525 and 8125 Pocket PCs, and the Palm Treo 650. A Bluetooth GPS receiver is required for non-GPS enabled wireless phones.
