More accessing mobile internet
More and more people are connecting to the internet with their mobile phones, according to data published by the Mobile Data Association (MDA).
The report claims that a staggering 14 million people connected to the internet via their mobile handset in September, up from 13 million in July.
This does not include people using Blackberry-type devices, as the figures exclude people accessing mobile intranets for business usage.
The MDA states in a press release that “mobile e-mail and mobile web are becoming more popular as they become easier to use, with improved download speeds and connectivity.”
