Comstar reaches 400,000 subscriber
Telecompaper writes…Russian broadband service provider Comstar Direct has reached a total of 400,000 subscribers to its network. The 400,000th subscriber was Irina Terentyeva, a fitness club instructor, who had signed up for the Fest tariff plan with unlimited internet access in the combined sales and service centre of Comstar UTS. Comstar Direct has increased its subscriber base by 11 percent since the end of 2006. Comstar also offers add-on services such as VoD, IPTV and gaming in addition to internet access.
