Airtel Nigeria introduces Big Family package

Airtel Nigeria has launched a new tariff plan called Airtel Big Family.Customers can make on-net calls at US$0.0009 per second and off-net calls at US$0.001 per second, after the first minute call of the day at US$0.003 per second.

Additional benefits of the new plan include 20 bonus SMS monthly after the first recharge of the month of more than US$0.64. The free SMS applies to numbers within the Airtel network.

Additional SMS cost US$0.03 on-net, US$0.06 off-net and US$0.09 to international locations. Also, customers on the plan can call favorite international destinations such as the UK (landlines), US, Canada, China and India at US$0.001 per second.

The US$0.001 rate applies after paying US$0.003 per second for the first minute of the day for calls to international destinations.

Calls to all other international destinations are billed at the applicable tariff rate.
