Vodafone NL commits to bring in more women in top management

Vodafone Netherlands has participated in Talent Foundation’s Talent to the Top charter, committing to bring the number of women in its top management to 50 percent within five years in order to better reflect its clientele.

CEO Jens Schulte-Bockum has signed the charter in the presence of minister of education, culture and science (OCW) Marja van Bijsterveldt.

Vodafone Netherlands currently has three women directors in its General Management Team (GMT), out of a total of ten members. Women make up 26% of management and other workers, with more working in marketing and human resources than in finance or technology.
