Iliad finds buyer for phone card unit KertelTelecompaper writes…French telecommunications group Iliad said it has signed a memorandum of understanding to sell 100 percent of its phone card subsidiary Kertel to an unnamed company for an undisclosed amount. Iliad expects to finalise the transfer within a few weeks.
