Cellco for sale?Oklahoma-based rural wireless operator Dobson Communications is considering a possible sale. The firm, which has a market capitalisation of around USD1.8 billion and debts of USD2.67 billion, serves almost 1.7 million subscribers across 17 states. It offers services under the Cellular One brand, predominantly in rural areas. Dobson has hired Morgan Stanley to advise on its options.
