Telegeography writes…According to Telecompaper, Debitel Netherlands has signed a network leasing agreement with Orange enabling it to offer mobile virtual network operator (MNVO) services over Orange’s infrastructure. The pair are reported to have signed a five-year deal for network capacity. Debitel Netherlands already operates in the Dutch mobile segment through network agreements with KPN, Vodafone and Telfort , which also handle marketing, sales, customer service and billing. However, the Orange deal will be different in that for the first time, Debitel will be responsible for managing its own network infrastructure.
